  1. Promotion Overview

The SAMDUO Black Friday Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by SAMDUO (the “Promoter”).
Eligible customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period, actively register their entry, and meet the delivery and eligibility requirements may participate in the Prize Draw.
Winners will be selected randomly after the eligibility verification process has been completed. No immediate win is offered or determined at the time of entry.
Participation is subject to these Official Rules and applicable laws in the participating markets.

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period begins on November 1, 2026, at 00:00 CET and ends on November 30, 2026, at 23:59 CET.
Only qualifying orders placed during this period are eligible.
Participants must submit their Prize Draw registration and meet the delivery eligibility requirements no later than December 18, 2026, at 23:59 CET.
Orders or registrations that do not meet the applicable deadlines and eligibility requirements will not be included in the final Prize Draw.

  1. Eligible Markets

The Prize Draw is intended for eligible customers residing in the following participating markets:
  • Netherlands
  • Germany
  • France
Participants must meet the applicable eligibility requirements in their country of residence. Participation is subject to local laws and any country-specific restrictions.

  1. Eligibility

To participate, an individual must:
  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Reside in an eligible participating market.
  3. Place a qualifying SAMDUO order during the Promotion Period.
  4. Register using the order number and checkout email address associated with that order.
  5. Have the qualifying order confirmed as delivered by the eligibility deadline.
  6. Meet all other requirements in these Official Rules.
Employees and individuals directly involved in organising or administering the Prize Draw may be excluded, together with any other persons excluded under applicable law.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before accepting an entry.

  1. How to Enter

Placing an order alone does not complete the Prize Draw entry process. Customers must actively register.
To enter, an eligible customer must:
  1. Visit the designated SAMDUO Prize Draw registration page.
  2. Enter the email address used at checkout.
  3. Enter the corresponding order number.
  4. Click “Submit My Entry” to submit the registration.
  5. Ensure the order is delivered and meets the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules.
The order number and checkout email address must match the relevant order records.
Submitting the form does not automatically guarantee eligibility. Each entry is subject to verification.
Newsletter or marketing email subscription is separate from Prize Draw registration. Marketing consent must be obtained separately where required by applicable law and is not required to enter the Prize Draw.

  1. Delivery Eligibility

Only qualifying orders that have been successfully delivered are eligible for the final Prize Draw.
Delivery must be confirmed by the relevant shipping carrier no later than December 18, 2026, at 23:59 CET.
The Promoter will use available shipping and order records to verify delivery status.
Orders that remain undelivered by the deadline will not qualify for the final Prize Draw.
An order must also remain valid and must not have been cancelled, fully refunded, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible when eligibility is verified.

  1. Standard Prize Draw Entries

Each qualifying order placed between November 1 and November 26, 2026, receives one (1) Prize Draw Entry, subject to the delivery and eligibility requirements in these Official Rules.
Entries are awarded per qualifying order, not per individual product contained in an order.
Purchasing multiple eligible products within one order does not automatically generate additional entries.

  1. Black Friday Weekend Bonus — 2× Entries

Each qualifying order placed between November 27 and November 30, 2026, receives two (2) Prize Draw Entries, subject to the delivery and eligibility requirements in these Official Rules.
For example:
  • An eligible order placed on November 20 receives one entry.
  • An eligible order placed on November 28 receives two entries.
The bonus applies per qualifying order, not per individual product.
Receiving two entries does not guarantee a prize or guarantee that a participant will win.

  1. Multiple Orders

Participants may receive entries for multiple separate qualifying orders, subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.
Each order will be assessed independently.
For example:
  • Two qualifying orders during the standard entry period may receive two entries in total.
  • One qualifying order placed between November 27 and November 30 may receive two entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, artificial order splitting, or attempts to manipulate the Prize Draw.
Each individual may win no more than one prize.

  1. Prizes

A total of 12 prizes for 12 different winners will be awarded:
  • 3 × iPhone Duo 256GB
  • 9 × iPhone 18 Pro (256GB)
Each winner may receive no more than one prize.
All prizes are subject to successful winner verification and availability. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, except where required by applicable law, and are generally non-transferable.
If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where legally permitted.

  1. Winner Selection

The final Prize Draw will take place on December 21, 2026, after completion of the eligibility verification process.
Twelve different winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.
Each qualifying order placed between November 27 and November 30 that meets the requirements of these Official Rules will contribute two entries to the draw.
Once a participant has been selected as a winner, any remaining entries associated with that participant will be removed from the pool for the purpose of selecting the remaining winners.
The Promoter will maintain appropriate records of the winner selection process.

  1. Winner Announcement and Notification

The winners will be announced through SAMDUO's official social media channels no later than December 23, 2026.
Each winner will also be contacted directly by email using the email address associated with the eligible order or Prize Draw registration.
Winners should check their inbox, including spam or junk folders.
The Promoter may publish a list of winners containing limited information (such as the winner's last name and city of residence) for transparency purposes. Winners may be required to provide explicit consent to such publication when claiming their prize. Winners have the right to object to the publication of their personal data or to request that it be minimized, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Winner Verification and Response Deadline

Selected winners may be required to verify:
  • Identity and age.
  • Eligible order number and checkout email address.
  • Country of residence.
  • Order delivery status.
  • Delivery address for prize fulfilment.
Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification email.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified timeframe, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection process, where permitted by law.
A prize will only be confirmed after the required verification has been completed.

  1. Cancelled, Refunded or Fraudulent Orders

Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent, associated with a chargeback, created for testing purposes, or otherwise invalid may be excluded from the Prize Draw.
If an order becomes ineligible before the final draw, the corresponding entries may be removed.
If an order is subsequently found to be invalid after a winner has been selected, the Promoter may take appropriate action, including selecting an alternative winner, where legally permitted.
Nothing in these Official Rules affects mandatory consumer rights.

  1. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be arranged for delivery after successful winner verification.
Delivery timing may depend on prize availability, the winner's location, shipping arrangements, and verification requirements.
Winners must provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with reasonable fulfilment requirements.

  1. Taxes and Other Costs

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Promoter may request information reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal, tax, or reporting obligations.

  1. Entry Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter may verify order numbers, checkout email addresses, payment status, order dates, delivery status, refund status, and entry counts.
The Promoter may disqualify any participant who:
  • Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Attempts to manipulate the Prize Draw.
  • Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods.
  • Submits duplicate or invalid registrations to obtain unauthorised entries.
  • Interferes with the registration or draw systems.
  • Violates these Official Rules.
All verification and disqualification decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Technical Issues

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, or unsuccessful due to internet or network failures, technical errors, browser compatibility issues, system interruptions, or incorrect information submitted by participants, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
If a technical issue affects the fairness or integrity of the Prize Draw, the Promoter may take reasonable corrective action where legally permitted.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Prize Draw may include checkout email addresses, order numbers, order details, delivery status, delivery information, and winner verification information.
This information will be processed for purposes including entry verification, administration of the Prize Draw, winner selection, winner notification, prize delivery, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the SAMDUO Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Marketing Communications: By independently checking the marketing opt-in box, you consent to receiving promotional emails from SAMDUO. This consent is entirely separate from your Prize Draw entry. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

  1. Publicity and Winner Information

SAMDUO intends to announce the winners through its official social media channels and notify them directly by email.
Where permitted by applicable law, SAMDUO may publish limited information such as a winner's first name, country of residence, and prize won.
Any additional use of a winner's image, likeness, or personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.

  1. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, including in cases of fraud, technical failure, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or other issues affecting the fair administration of the promotion.
Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate SAMDUO channels, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter will not make changes for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging eligible participants.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter is not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. No Apple Sponsorship or Affiliation

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, organiser, administrator, or partner of this Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is organised independently by SAMDUO.
Apple trademarks and product names are used solely to identify the prizes. No endorsement or affiliation with Apple Inc. is implied.

  1. Relationship With Black Friday Promotion Terms

These Official Rules govern the SAMDUO Black Friday Prize Draw.
Separate Black Friday Promotion Terms govern other aspects of the Black Friday campaign, including promotional prices, free meter offers, Gift Packs, eligible products, product availability, payment, delivery, cancellations, and returns.
In the event of a conflict concerning the Prize Draw, these Official Rules will govern Prize Draw matters, subject to applicable law.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1.The Prize Draw is subject to the mandatory laws applicable in each participating market.
2.These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
3.Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Prize Draw shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
